Cyan Dela Cruz lives and works on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mazina'iga-ziibing Misi-zaagiwininiwag (Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation), the ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᒃ (Anishnaabeg), the ᐅᒋᑉᐧᐁ (ᒋᑉᐯᐧᐊ) (Chippewa), the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
